Old Field Wishful Thinking (Mason M. 2004) *OLD FIELD WISHFUL THINKING (Mason, M. '04) (Parentage Unknown) Dormant 26" L 6", four way branching, over 25 buds |
|
OLD FIELD WISHFUL THINKING is the fanciest of this group, a big cream with a nice rosy blush near the petal edges, and a gold to green throat. The rose pink color is more pronounced in cooler climates, and there's a bit of a gold wire edge. Branching and bud count are exemplary for zone 4. OLD FIELD WISHFUL THINKING is a lovely addition to the late garden. Sadly, a very difficult parent Held for increase. |
